We hereby agree that Manoram Hospitality Services will cater only to 10% additional persons over and above the number given as Minimum Guarantee. After that Manoram Hospitality Services has a right to close the buffet. Fresh food may be arranged if possible, for which the hospitality service may take the time required to relay the buffet (45 minutes).
Whenever the number of persons exceed over 10% of this guaranteed number, the hospitality will charge Rs. 100 per person extra over and above the agreed rate of the function on the number of guests exceeding the 10% mark.
Entire balance payment (above minimum guarantee people) to be settled by the guest the same day at the end of the function.
Time Frame: Lunch – 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM / Dinner – 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Continuation of the program after agreed time will be charged extra, subject to availability of the hall on that particular day and time. Additional charges of Rs. 5000/- per hall or lawn per hour will be charged extra.
Food and beverages shall be served till 11:30 PM, and the hall shall be vacated by 12 midnight.
Payment Terms: A non–refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total expected billing (including taxes) upon confirmation of the event. The remaining 50% of the expected amount (including taxes) has to be settled seven days prior to the function through cash, credit card, demand draft, or cheque. Cheque or DD to be issued in favor of Manoram Hospitality Services.
Cash Payment: In case of cash payment, a maximum of ₹1.5 lakh can be accepted per event. Cash payments above ₹50,000 must be accompanied by a copy of the PAN card.
Whenever the number of days between the actual date of the function and the date of booking is more than 90 days, MHS reserves the right to increase prices, and such changes shall be deemed final and binding.
Minimum Guarantee: The minimum guarantee for the event or function along with final details (decoration or conference equipment requirements, etc.) must be reconfirmed minimum one week prior to the event. In case the event is confirmed within a short time period, the same must be given 72 hours prior to the event. No changes will be entertained within 72 hours for events confirmed in short durations.
There are no discounted rates for children.
Food and beverage items provided by the hospitality are to be consumed within the hospitality premises. No leftover food or beverage will be removed from the premises for outside consumption. However, in certain cases (Prasadam, Cakes, etc.), approval from the Management must be taken in advance in writing.
Liquor will be served only on procurement of a One Day Liquor License. The charges for obtaining the license are Rs. 12,500/- + GST payable on behalf of the client.
Guests can procure liquor from the hospitality or bring their own (excluding beers, which must be procured from hospitality only). Guests bringing their own liquor must purchase it from Belapur wine shops (not from canteen or duty-free) with invoice copies submitted to hospitality staff (Excise Mandate). Corkage charges will apply. Liquor service will be available till 11:30 PM.
Alcohol consumption (apart from point no. 12) is prohibited inside the hospitality premises and considered an offence.
Allocation of the venue will be at the discretion of the hospitality depending upon the minimum expected persons.
All entertainment requirements for the event are to be approved prior to the function by the hospitality management. Timing and noise pollution levels must also be approved.
Bands, Dhol, Nagara, etc. shall not be allowed to play in the hospitality premises.
No Baraat Procession or Baraat dance is allowed in the hospitality premises.
Licenses/Police permissions required for events must be procured by the host of the function and a copy submitted to the hospitality manager at least one week prior. Procurement requires a minimum of 10 working days.
As per law, playing of music will be allowed till 10:00 PM for lawn functions and 10:30 PM for indoor functions.
No refund or discounts are admissible in the unlikely event of unexpected natural calamity or breakdown of any equipment/services.
Open Space: Minimum billing for open functions is Rs. 1,00,000/- (food billing only, taxes extra). DJ, decoration, and license charges are not included in the minimum billing.
Final mode of payment for individual functions must be in cash or credit card only.
Hospitality management is not liable for any loss of belongings of the client or their invitees during any function held in the banquet or hospitality premises.
Rights of Admission strictly reserved & House Rules applicable. The management has the right to remove persons not conducting themselves properly or appropriately.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, no refund will be made. If billed to a company, 100% retention charges will apply as per the minimum guaranteed persons.
For outdoor catering, 30% additional charges and transport will apply over and above agreed rates. No leftover food (cooked or uncooked) shall be left behind.
In the event that individual provisions of these general conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Parking: Limited parking available. Guests must park outside the hospitality premises at their own risk if full.
Swimming Pool: Available as per requirement. Swimming costumes are mandatory. Pool timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
If decoration is required, clients must choose from Manoram Hospitality Services’ empanelled vendors only.
Outside catering or food is available every time and every day.
The event organizer agrees to have read and accepted all of the above terms and conditions laid out by Manoram Hospitality Services, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
The number of persons allowed and function timings will depend upon Government guidelines on the date of the event.
